Frequently Asked

How do I know what my watch needs?

We begin with a no-obligation assessment. Bring the watch in and we will examine it, describe what we find, and outline which service would suit it best. Nothing is arranged until you are comfortable with the scope and price.

How long does a service typically take?

Balance & Timing work is usually ready in 7–14 days. Case Renewal takes around 10–18 days depending on the piece. Heirloom Restorations are planned individually and may take 4–10 weeks — we share a realistic timeline at the evaluation stage.

Do you work on all watch brands?

We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches from Swiss, Japanese, and European makers. If you are unsure whether we can assist with a particular piece, please get in touch and we can let you know after a brief description.

Are the prices on the website final?

The listed prices are our standard service rates. Occasionally a piece may require additional component sourcing or extra work, in which case we contact you before proceeding. You are always informed and in agreement before any additional cost is incurred.

Can I ship a watch to you?

Yes. For watches sent from outside Bangkok we ask that you contact us first so we can advise on packing and provide an address label. We treat incoming pieces with the same care as those handed over in person.

Is my watch insured while it is with you?

Watches in our care are covered by our workshop insurance policy. When you drop off, we record the piece with a condition note, which forms the reference for its return. If you have questions about coverage for high-value pieces, we are happy to discuss before you commit.
