We use an electronic timing machine for movement regulation, ultrasonic cleaning for components, and period-appropriate lubricants sourced from specialist suppliers. No shortcuts in the tool kit.

We contact you at each meaningful stage — when the assessment is complete, if anything unexpected arises, and when the watch is ready. You are never left to wonder where things stand.
