Our approach to every service
Regardless of which service your watch needs, the process at Pendulo follows the same underlying sequence. Assess first, agree on the scope, work carefully, document throughout, and return the piece in the agreed condition.
Receive & Assess
The watch is examined, described in writing, and photographed at intake.
Agree on Scope
Assessment findings are shared with you. No work starts until the scope is confirmed.
Service the Piece
The agreed work is carried out at the pace the watch requires, not a schedule.
Return with Notes
The watch is collected with a written condition note recording all work done.
SERVICE 01
Balance & Timing

A core service focused on accuracy. Suited to owners who notice a watch running fast or slow and want it brought back into balance. The movement is cleaned, lubricated, and regulated on a timing machine. Includes a written condition note, gasket review, and a function check of the crown and complications.
This service includes:
- Full movement cleaning and lubrication

- Gasket and seal review

- Written condition note at return
Best suited for watches that:
- Run noticeably fast or slow
- Have not been serviced in 5+ years
- Are worn regularly and due for maintenance
SERVICE 02
Case Renewal Package

An exterior service covering the visual and structural condition of the case, crystal, and seals. Ideal for pieces showing everyday wear that the owner wants tidied — but without over-restoring. Gentle polishing respects the original geometry of the case rather than buffing away its history.
This service includes:
- Case and bracelet refinishing
- Crystal renewal
- Seal replacement and resistance check
- Full exterior clean
- Written condition note at return
Best suited for watches that:
- Show surface scratches or wear
- Have a clouded or scratched crystal
- Run well but look tired
SERVICE 03
Family Heirloom Restoration

A patient restoration for inherited and long-held watches. This service begins with an unhurried evaluation — no work starts until both parties are satisfied with the plan. Includes a complete overhaul, component sourcing where needed, dial assessment, and reassembly to specification. Staged photography documents the entire process.

SHARED ACROSS ALL SERVICES
Standards that apply to every job
Manufacturer-grade lubricants
We use lubricants from specialist horological suppliers, matched to the specific requirements of each calibre type and movement position.
Electronic timing measurement
All serviced movements are measured on a timing machine before return. Results — rate per day, amplitude, beat error — are recorded on the condition note.
Secure, labelled storage
Every watch in the workshop is stored in an individually labelled, locked drawer. Intake is logged for each piece from the moment it arrives.
Pressure testing for resistant cases
Water-resistant pieces are pressure-tested after case closure as a standard step, not an optional extra.
No irreversible steps without agreement
Any work that would permanently alter the piece is discussed and agreed first. This includes polishing decisions that affect case geometry.
Workshop insurance
All watches in our care are covered by our workshop policy. High-value piece arrangements can be discussed before drop-off if preferred.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht and include all standard components. Additional sourcing, if required, is always agreed with you before it proceeds.
